Preparation Methods

  • Reheat the frozen filled pasta for 3 minutes in hot, slightly salted water (± 95°C).

  • Heat the frozen filled pasta with a little salt and olive oil in a combi steamer (100°C) for 5 minutes.

Precooked and IQF-frozen pasta filled with high-quality salmon, cream cheese, and delicate spinach.

Cappelletti have a smaller, elegant shape. Simply cook them in lightly salted water for a few minutes and serve with a creamy white sauce.
