Preparation Methods
Reheat the frozen filled pasta for 5 minutes in hot, slightly salted water (± 95°C).
Heat the frozen filled pasta with a little salt and olive oil in a combi steamer (100°C) for 10 minutes.
This flavorful pansotti is filled with fresh spinach, creamy buffalo ricotta and soft cream cheese. The rich taste of the Provolone cheese combined with subtle herbs like garlic, parsley, and nutmeg creates a wonderfully refined flavor experience. A balanced ratio of 50% filling to 50% dough makes this pansotti suitable as an appetizer, side dish or main course.
