Our farfalle is made from durum wheat semolina and has the recognisable butterfly shape. The pasta is precooked ‘al dente’, lightly oiled, and individually quick-frozen (IQF) for a loose and ready-to-use product.<\/p>\n

Regeneration takes only 30 seconds, which guarantees a fast and efficient service. The pasta can be portioned directly from the freezer, leading to a reliable food cost.<\/p>\n

The shape, with its firm center and thinner ‘wings’, provides an interesting mouthfeel.
