Fried Garlic & Onion is a versatile crispy topping with the rich flavour of fried onion and garlic. Sprinkle it over poké bowls, noodles, wok dishes, vegetables, salads, meat or pasta just before serving for extra flavour and texture. The topping works equally well in European and Asian-inspired dishes and performed particularly well in our taste test with Arrabbiata and Thai Curry Sauce. A simple finishing touch that can be used across many different dishes on the menu.
