BOWLS
Poké bowls are more popular than ever. Our Sticky Rice is precooked Japonica rice with the ideal stickiness for poké bowls. Individually quick-frozen, it is easy to portion, quick to heat and delivers consistent quality, even during busy service.
The Perfect Combination
HEAT
Heat one full 2.5 kg bag of Sticky Rice.
COOL
Allow the rice to cool slightly.
MIX
Mix one full 250 ml pouch of Poké Rice Seasoning with 2.5 kg of Sticky Rice.
Noodles
From wok dishes to noodle bowls. Our precooked frozen noodles are quick to heat and easy to portion. Choose Chinese Noodles, Soba or Udon and combine with vegetables, a protein and sauce.
