This fusilli combines the functional benefits of the spiral shape with the nutritional value of whole durum wheat semolina. The pasta is rich in fiber, precooked ‘al dente’, and individually frozen (IQF) for easy portioning and quick preparation.
The 30-second regeneration time guarantees efficient service. The spiral shape perfectly holds sauces, while the firm bite of the whole wheat pasta provides an excellent base for nutritious meal salads and hot dishes.
- Heat the frozen pasta for 30 seconds in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
- Fry the frozen pasta together with the sauce in a pan.
- Heat the frozen pasta for approx. 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
