Preparation Methods
Heat the frozen pasta for 30 seconds in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
Prepare the frozen pasta together with sauce in a pan.
Heat the frozen pasta for ± 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam)
Our fusilli features an elegant spiral shape, measuring 5 to 6 cm in length, and is made from high-quality durum wheat semolina. The pasta is lightly salted, 100% precooked ‘al dente’, and gently misted with oil. After cooking, the fusilli is individually frozen to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
