Preparation Methods
Heat the closed steam bag directly from the freezer in the microwave (1800W) for 90 seconds.
Our gluten-free rigatoni, made from a combination of corn and chickpea flour, offers a delicious and nutritious option for anyone following a gluten-free diet. After cooking, the rigatoni is IQF frozen and packaged in convenient 250-gram steam bags, ensuring that each portion is perfectly preserved and easy to reheat.
This rigatoni can be placed, frozen and unopened, in the microwave (1800W – 90 sec.) for quick preparation, avoiding any contamination in the kitchen.
