This mini macaroni, made from durum wheat semolina, is precooked ‘al dente’ and individually frozen (IQF). This results in a loose and easy-to-dose product that guarantees consistent quality.
The 30-second regeneration time makes this product extremely efficient for fast service. The small shape is easy to portion and ensures a reliable food cost.
The mini size is highly functional and versatile. This pasta is the ideal filler for meal soups, a perfect choice for children’s dishes, and an excellent base for cold pasta salads.
- Heat the frozen pasta for 30 seconds in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
- Fry the frozen pasta together with the sauce in a pan.
- Heat the frozen pasta for approx. 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
