This organic white rice is 100% precooked and individually quick-frozen (IQF) for maximum efficiency and quality preservation. The rice originates from the EU and is free from additives or preservatives. The product is lightly salted for an immediate, balanced flavour.
Thanks to the IQF method, the grains are loose and can be portioned directly from the freezer. This prevents waste, guarantees a fixed food cost, and eliminates the entire cooking time.
The rice has a neutral taste and a reliable texture, making it an excellent and sustainable base for a wide range of dishes, from curries to side dishes.
- Heat the frozen rice for 30 seconds in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
- Stir fry for 3 minutes.
- Heat the frozen rice for approx. 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
