Macaroni Ham Cheese – tray
Ingredients
- Macaroni (A7) – 300 g
- Formaggio sauce (H7) – (150 g)
- Diced ham -75 g
- Fresh cream – 5 cl
- Grated gratin cheese – 50 g
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
Preparation
- Mix the frozen macaroni with the cold Formaggio sauce and the cold diced ham.
- Season this mixture to taste by adding salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Arrange the preparation in trays and cover generously with grated gratin cheese.
- Close the trays with a lid or foil.
