This bolognese sauce is developed for maximum efficiency and a competitive food cost. The base of minced chicken and tomatoes provides an accessible and mild flavour that is appreciated by a wide audience.

The sauce is ready to use and only needs to be heated. This guarantees quick and easy preparation, ideal for food festivals, buffets, and catering where large volumes need to be served in a short amount of time.

Combine with our frozen fresh pastas like penne or fusilli for a quick and reliable meal solution. The sauce can also serve as a base, optionally finished with additional herbs or vegetables as desired.

Preparation Methods

The bag is microwave-safe. Heat at 1800 W for approximately 1 minute or at 650 W for approximately 2 minutes.
Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 15 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
Heat the sealed bag for approximately 15 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
