Preparation Methods
500 g in closed container - 4 minutes on high setting - stir and heat for another 2 to 3 minutes. For best results, do not thaw before cooking.
Add frozen basic risotto to the warm, already prepared ingredients of your risotto recipe while stirring and heat until the desired consistency is reached.
Heat the frozen risotto for ± 10 minutes in a combi steamer (150°C, 50% steam)
This ready-to-use basic risotto is slowly cooked in vegetable broth and finished with a neutral cheese cream sauce. It allows for a wide range of additions, including seafood, wild mushrooms, asparagus, green vegetables, lobster, or shrimp, providing enough choices based on customer preferences.
