Preparation Methods
Heat the frozen rice for 30 seconds in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
Heat the frozen rice for ± 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
This white rice is sourced from grains out of the European Union that have been thoroughly cleaned, 100% precooked, cooled, and IQF frozen. The long-grain rice from Smiling Cook contains less starch and is ideal for light rice recipes. This rice is unsalted.
