Fiori Nantua

Ingredients

  • Fiori Scampi all’Aglio e Limone (D22)
  • 25 g Scampi Crema sauce (H9)
  • 5 g brunoise of carrots, celery, onion, red and green peppers
  • 6 saffron threads
  • Cress
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Heat the sauce in a pan and add the saffron threads.
  2. Fry the brunoise in a little olive oil.
  3. Heat the filled pasta for 5 min. in slightly salted boiling water.
  4. Spoon the sauce onto a plate, place the Fiori on top and garnish with the brunoise and cress.
