Fiori Nantua
Ingredients
- Fiori Scampi all’Aglio e Limone (D22)
- 25 g Scampi Crema sauce (H9)
- 5 g brunoise of carrots, celery, onion, red and green peppers
- 6 saffron threads
- Cress
- 1 tsp olive oil
Preparation
- Heat the sauce in a pan and add the saffron threads.
- Fry the brunoise in a little olive oil.
- Heat the filled pasta for 5 min. in slightly salted boiling water.
- Spoon the sauce onto a plate, place the Fiori on top and garnish with the brunoise and cress.
