Macaroni Ham Cheese – tray

Ingredients

  • Macaroni (A7) – 300 g
  • Formaggio sauce (H7) – (150 g)
  • Diced ham -75 g
  • Fresh cream – 5 cl
  • Grated gratin cheese – 50 g
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Mix the frozen macaroni with the cold Formaggio sauce and the cold diced ham.
  2. Season this mixture to taste by adding salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Arrange the preparation in trays and cover generously with grated gratin cheese.
  4. Close the trays with a lid or foil.
