This Scampi Crema sauce has a perfectly balanced flavour of shellfish, enriched with tomato and cream. The taste and texture are inspired by a classic French Nantua sauce.
This product offers the complex, deep flavour of a homemade fish sauce without the time-consuming preparation of making a fumet. The sauce is stable and ready to use.
The ideal base for a quick and high-quality “Pasta ai Scampi.” The creamy sauce also pairs excellently with other types of fish, filled pasta, or as a base for a fish stew.
- The bag is microwave-safe. Heat at 1800 W for approximately 1 minute or at 650 W for approximately 2 minutes.
- Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
- Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 15 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the sealed bag for approximately 15 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
