This Belgica sauce is inspired by the classic “gratinated chicory rolls with ham”. The sauce combines the slightly bitter taste of endive with a rich, creamy cheese sauce and fine pieces of ham.
This product offers a unique and instantly recognizable flavour with the convenience of a ready-to-use sauce. It is an efficient solution for serving a complex, traditional taste without the associated mise-en-place.
The sauce is surprising as a pasta sauce and adds a unique twist to a standard menu. Additionally, it can be used as a quick base for a classic oven dish with endive and ham.
