This Bandido sauce offers a popular, spicy cheese flavour that is ready to use. The base of cheddar and jalapeños is packed in a microwave-safe pouch for maximum efficiency.

The individual 150g portion guarantees perfect dosing and a fixed food cost, without any preparation or washing up. It is the ideal solution for locations that want to quickly serve a hot, profitable snack or meal.

Preparation Methods

Cut open the bag and heat in a microwave (900W) for 45 seconds. Leave to rest for 30 seconds and heat again for 45 seconds.
Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
Heat the sealed bag for approximately 5 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
