These lasagne sheets are designed for maximum efficiency in the professional kitchen. They are precooked ‘al dente’ and individually frozen (IQF), which prevents them from sticking together and allows for immediate use from the freezer.
The Gastronorm 1/1 size (46 x 25.5 cm) ensures a seamless fit in standard GN pans, significantly speeding up the assembly of a lasagne and eliminating product loss from breakage or cutting. This product is the ideal base for rapid cold-line production of lasagne.
- Do not defrost. Only take the sheets you need from the packaging and put the rest straight back in the freezer. The product has already been cooked in water and can be used immediately to prepare lasagne.
