This traditional pesto, prepared with basil, olive oil, and cheese, offers an authentic Italian taste without any preparation. The sauce is ready to use.

The individual 150g portion is perfectly dosed for one main course and guarantees a fixed food cost. Although the sauce can be used cold, the pouch is microwave-safe for a quick, hot application.

Combine directly with a portion of precooked spaghetti or linguine for one of the most requested pasta dishes. The ideal, efficient solution for any location wanting to offer a quick and high-quality meal.

Preparation Methods

Heat the sealed bag at 450 W for approximately 30 seconds, turn it over and heat again for another 30 seconds.
Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 6 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
Heat the sealed bag for approximately 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
Use cold. Stir well before use.
