Offer your customers a classic mushroom cream sauce without the need for a kitchen. This sauce has a soft, creamy taste and is rich in mushrooms (32%) for a deep, earthy flavour.
The individual 150g portion is perfectly dosed and microwave-safe. This allows for quick and hygienic serving of a hot sauce with minimal handling and no washing up.
Serve as a classic “Archiduc” sauce with a schnitzel or steak, or combine with pasta for a filling dish. A reliable and efficient solution for any service point.
- Heat the sealed bag at 450 W for approximately 30 seconds, turn it over and heat again for another 30 seconds.
- Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
- Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 6 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the sealed bag for approximately 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
