Cheddar Croque
Ingredients
- Premium Cheddar sauce (H35) – +/- 50 g
- Slices of ham – 2 pcs
- Butter – 1 knob
- Pepper
Preparation
- Arrange the ham on the slice of bread and cover everything with Premium Cheddar sauce, pepper if necessary. Close with the remaining slice of bread.
- Butter the outside of the croque-monsieur before putting it on the panini grill. Reheat on a panini grill or other grill until the croque-monsieurs are warm and golden.
- Cut them in half and arrange on plates, perhaps with a salad.
