Cheddar Croque

Ingredients

  • Premium Cheddar sauce (H35) – +/- 50 g
  • Slices of ham – 2 pcs
  • Butter – 1 knob
  • Pepper

Preparation

  1. Arrange the ham on the slice of bread and cover everything with Premium Cheddar sauce, pepper if necessary. Close with the remaining slice of bread.
  2. Butter the outside of the croque-monsieur before putting it on the panini grill. Reheat on a panini grill or other grill until the croque-monsieurs are warm and golden.
  3. Cut them in half and arrange on plates, perhaps with a salad.
