Double cheese burger

Ingredients

  • Premium Cheddar Sauce (H35) – 2 generous tablespoons
  • Hamburger bun
  • Onion (half rings) – 1/4 pc
  • Hamburger pure ground beef – 2 pcs
  • Sweet and sour pickle – 3 slices
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Butter

Preparation

  1. Cut the bun in half and butter it.
  2. Heat the Premium Cheddar Sauce according to package instructions. Keep the sauce warm.
  3. Fry the onions on the plancha or in a pan.
  4. Season the burgers with salt and pepper. Oil the plancha or meat right before grilling. Grill the burgers.
  5. Toast the bun in the oven or directly on the plancha. Spread ketchup and mustard on the toasted sides of the bun and seal the bun, turning it to distribute the sauces.
  6. Place the gherkin rings on the bottom bun, place a burger on top and cover with the hot Premium Cheddar sauce.
  7. Repeat this and top with the fried onions and the other half of the bun to close the double cheese burger. Arrange and serve with French fries and a salad, if desired.
