Pasta Open Sesame

Ingredients

  • Serpentini (A25) – 300 g
  • Thai Curry sauce (H39) – 120 g
  • Brunoise of red, green and yellow paprika and apple
  • Cooked diced chicken – 20 g
  • Finely chopped young onions
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Heat the serpentini for 30 sec. in hot water.
  2. Add the Thai Curry sauce together with the chicken cubes and the brunoise of paprikas and apple.
  3. Garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
