Ingredients
- Tortelloni Vegan (ref. D73) – 300 g
- Primavera sauce (ref. H23) – 150 g
- Brunoise of grilled zucchini and eggplant
- Chopped chives (decoration)
Preparation
- Reheat the Primavera sauce according to directions on the packaging and keep warm in a bain-marie.
- Reheat the Tortelloni Vegan in lightly salted boiling water for 3 min.
- Arrange the tortelloni in a cupe and top with the primavera sauce. Garnish with the zucchini and eggplant brunoise and chopped chives.
