Vegan all the way

Ingredients

  • Tortelloni Vegan (ref. D73) – 300 g
  • Primavera sauce (ref. H23) – 150 g
  • Brunoise of grilled zucchini and eggplant
  • Chopped chives (decoration)

Preparation

  1. Reheat the Primavera sauce according to directions on the packaging and keep warm in a bain-marie.
  2. Reheat the Tortelloni Vegan in lightly salted boiling water for 3 min.
  3. Arrange the tortelloni in a cupe and top with the primavera sauce. Garnish with the zucchini and eggplant brunoise and chopped chives.
