This Primavera sauce is prepared with tomato pulp, grilled onions, and a mix of yellow, green, and red bell peppers and courgettes. The sauce is entirely plant-based and ready to use.
This product offers a quick and efficient solution for a high-quality vegan dish. It saves the time of cutting and grilling vegetables, and guarantees consistent quality and a fixed food cost.
The sauce is a perfect base for a “Pasta Primavera.” The fresh taste and visible vegetable pieces give an artisanal appearance to the dish. Combine with penne or fusilli for a complete meal.
- The bag is microwave-safe. Heat at 1800 W for approximately 1 minute or at 650 W for approximately 2 minutes.
- Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
- Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 15 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the sealed bag for approximately 15 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
