This vegan tortelloni is filled with a mix of carefully selected Mediterranean vegetables, including carrot, courgette, bell pepper, onion, and sun-dried tomato, complemented by sunflower seeds for a subtle bite. The pasta is IQF-frozen for easy use.

- Heat the frozen filled pasta for 3 minutes in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
- Heat the frozen stuffed pasta for 5 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
