Preparation Methods

  • Reheat the frozen filled pasta for 3 minutes in hot, slightly salted water (± 95°C).

  • Heat the frozen filled pasta in a combi steamer (100°C) for 5 minutes.

The beating heart of this pasta is the tender pork, enriched with lard and tomatoes, and a flavorful broth. A dash of garlic and a splash of lemon provide the final touch to this filling.
