Vegan Tortelloni and Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • Tortelloni Vegan – 240g
  • Sauce Formaggio Vegan – 120g
  • Walnut Halves – 8 pieces
  • Chopped Parsley – a pinch
  • Honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. Heat the sauce according to the instructions on the packaging and keep it warm in a bain-marie.
  2. Reheat the Vegan Tortelloni by immersing them in lightly salted boiling water for 3 minutes.
  3. Place the Tortelloni in a pasta cone, pour the Vegan sauce over them, and finish with the walnut halves and chopped parsley.
  4. Optionally, add a bit of honey on top (note that this will make the dish non-vegan).
