This long-grain white rice is fully precooked and individually quick-frozen (IQF). This process ensures a loose, non-sticking grain that perfectly retains its texture after regeneration. The rice is unsalted, allowing complete freedom in further preparation.

- Heat the frozen rice for 30 seconds in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
- Heat the frozen rice for approx. 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
