Grilled sea bream Thai style with white rice
Ingredients
- White rice (ref. E1) – 200 g
- Thai Curry sauce (ref. H39) – 120 g
- Sea bream (dorade) – 1 pc.
- Red paprika – 15 g
- Green paprika – 15 g
- Red onion – 15 g
- Soybeans – 30 g
- Spring onions – 3 pcs.
- Red pepper – 1 pc.
- Lime – ½ pc.
- Wok oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Cut the red pepper and green paprika, red onion, spring onions, red pepper and lime.
- Make 3 slits in each side of the sea bream, season inside and fry in a wok with a tablespoon of wok oil. Add the chopped vegetables, pour soy sauce over it and let simmer.
- Heat the rice in lightly salted boiling water for 30 seconds.
- Dress the rice on a warm dish and the fish on a bed of vegetables and sauce.
- Garnish with the green parts of the spring onions and lime slices.
