Grilled sea bream Thai style with white rice

Ingredients

  • White rice (ref. E1) – 200 g
  • Thai Curry sauce (ref. H39) – 120 g
  • Sea bream (dorade) – 1 pc.
  • Red paprika – 15 g
  • Green paprika – 15 g
  • Red onion – 15 g
  • Soybeans – 30 g
  • Spring onions – 3 pcs.
  • Red pepper – 1 pc.
  • Lime – ½ pc.
  • Wok oil – 1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Cut the red pepper and green paprika, red onion, spring onions, red pepper and lime.
  2. Make 3 slits in each side of the sea bream, season inside and fry in a wok with a tablespoon of wok oil. Add the chopped vegetables, pour soy sauce over it and let simmer.
  3. Heat the rice in lightly salted boiling water for 30 seconds.
  4. Dress the rice on a warm dish and the fish on a bed of vegetables and sauce.
  5. Garnish with the green parts of the spring onions and lime slices.
