This Bandido sauce has a cheddar cheese base, flavoured with red and green jalapeño peppers for a spicy, Mexican touch. The sauce is stable and maintains its creamy texture when heated.

The sauce is very versatile. Use it as a spicy cheese sauce over pasta or as a classic, warm nacho-cheese dipping sauce. Perfect for events, cinemas, or as part of a snack menu.
- The bag is microwave-safe. Heat at 1800 W for approximately 1 minute or at 650 W for approximately 2 minutes.
- Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
- Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 15 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the sealed bag for approximately 15 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
