This Bolognese Classico is prepared with tomatoes, vegetables, Italian herbs, and 20% minced beef. The good balance between meat, vegetables, and herbs ensures an authentic and widely appreciated flavour.
The sauce is ready to use and only needs to be heated. This saves crucial time in the kitchen and guarantees consistent quality and a fixed food cost.
A perfect base for a classic “Spaghetti Bolognese,” but also very suitable as a filling for lasagne or cannelloni. The rich flavour also lends itself to further personalisation by the chef.
- The bag is microwave-safe. Heat at 1800 W for approximately 1 minute or at 650 W for approximately 2 minutes.
- Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
- Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 15 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the sealed bag for approximately 15 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
