Our interpretation of the classic Puttanesca is a light tomato sauce, richly filled with large pieces of black and green olives. The sauce is intentionally prepared without anchovies, making it a fully vegan product.
This product offers a quick and efficient way to serve an authentic Italian flavour. The sauce is ready to use and guarantees consistent quality.
The chef has the freedom to personalise the dish by adding fresh anchovies or capers for the most traditional version. Serve with spaghetti or linguine for a classic, flavourful, and quickly prepared dish.
- The bag is microwave-safe. Heat at 1800 W for approximately 1 minute or at 650 W for approximately 2 minutes.
- Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
- Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 15 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the sealed bag for approximately 15 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
