This tabbouleh is a complete, ready-to-use salad based on pre-cooked couscous, enriched with tomato, pepper, cucumber, onion, black olives and white raisins. Fresh mint and coriander provide a fresh, aromatic flavour with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern notes.
The product is IQF-frozen, helping to optimally preserve the texture and flavour of the different components after thawing. It offers consistent quality, fixed food cost and requires no preparation time.
An efficient and flavourful base that reduces kitchen workload and can be quickly used for buffets, bowls, starters or meal salads.
- Place one portion (300 g) in a microwave-safe dish and cover. Heat for 3 minutes at 900 W. Stir and heat for another 3 minutes.
- Heat 300 g while stirring in a hot pan with a little oil for 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat.
