This dish combines ‘al dente’ precooked macaroni with a creamy cheese sauce based on Emmental. The entire product is IQF frozen, ensuring a loose, easy-to-portion product that retains its creamy texture after regeneration.
Preparation is quick and efficient, leading to a reliable food cost and fast service. The product offers consistent quality without the complexity of making a cheese sauce from scratch.
This Mac & Cheese is an excellent, vegetarian base that can be served immediately. It also lends itself perfectly to customisation by adding ingredients such as ham cubes, leeks, or broccoli.
- Heat 500 g for 20 to 25 minutes at 180°C. Brown if necessary!
- Heat one portion (500 g) with two tablespoons of milk in a pan or wok and fry over medium heat for about 6 to 7 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Place one portion (500 g) in a microwave-safe dish and cover. Heat for 5 minutes (900 W). Stir and heat for another 3 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
