Preparation Methods
Heat the closed steam bag directly from the freezer in the microwave (1800W) for 90 seconds.
Our pasta portion packs are the ideal solution for dining venues with a limited menu. For quick preparation, simply place the unopened frozen bag in the microwave, and after 90 seconds at 1800W, you’ll have freshly cooked pasta. No boiling water needed. Alternatively, you can open the bag and heat the pasta in boiling water.
The spaghetti in portion packs maintains the same high quality as our nests. After cooking, the strands are IQF frozen in convenient 200- or 300-gram portions, ensuring consistent quality and ease of use. Enjoy perfectly cooked pasta in a fixed portion and at a fixed price.
