2 Funky Chicken

Ingredients

  • Penne (A3) – 300 g
  • Pesto sauce (H29) – 100 g
  • grilled chicken cubes – 40 g
  • cherry tomatoes
  • Rocket – 10 g
  • Pine tree nuts – 2 ts

Preparation

  1. Heat the pesto sauce according to packaging instructions and keep warm in a bain-marie.
  2. Heat the penne in lightly salted boiling water for 30 seconds.
  3. Arrange the penne in a pasta cup and cover with the pesto sauce. Garnish with the grilled chicken cubes, cherry tomatoes, rocket and pine tree nuts.
