Linguini with scampi
Ingredients
- Linguine (A19) – 300 g (6 nests)
- Scampi Crema sauce (H9) – 160 g
- Scampi – 7 pcs
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Chopped parsley – 1 csp
- Cherry tomatoes – 3 pcs
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Fry the scampi in a very hot pan with olive oil and season them.
- Heat the Linguini for 75 sec. in slightly salted boiling water and drain.
- Mix the reheated pasta in the pan with the scampi and add the sauce.
- Dress and finish with chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes.
