Mezzaluna Quattro Formaggi with Parmesan cream sauce
Ingredients
- Mezzalune Quattro Formaggi (D24)
- 15 g Quattro Formaggio sauce (H12)
- 8 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh cream
- 5 g pancetta crumble
- 1 leaf of chervil
Preparation
- Heat the sauce in a pan and add the Parmesan and cream.
- Heat the filled pasta for 5 min. in slightly salted boiling water.
- Dress the sauce on a plate, place the Mezzalune on top and garnish with the pancetta crunch and a chervil leaf.
