Mezzaluna Quattro Formaggi with Parmesan cream sauce

Ingredients

  • Mezzalune Quattro Formaggi (D24)
  • 15 g Quattro Formaggio sauce (H12)
  • 8 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • 5 g pancetta crumble
  • 1 leaf of chervil

Preparation

  1. Heat the sauce in a pan and add the Parmesan and cream.
  2. Heat the filled pasta for 5 min. in slightly salted boiling water.
  3. Dress the sauce on a plate, place the Mezzalune on top and garnish with the pancetta crunch and a chervil leaf.
