This sauce combines the flavours of mozzarella, Emmental, Gouda, and cheddar in a perfectly stable and creamy base. The unique composition ensures the sauce does not separate and maintains its smooth texture, even when kept warm for extended periods in a bain-marie.

- The bag is microwave-safe. Heat at 1800 W for approximately 1 minute or at 650 W for approximately 2 minutes.
- Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
- Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 15 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the sealed bag for approximately 15 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
