Tortellini Arrabiata

Ingredients

  • Tortellini Carne (D52) – 250g
  • Arrabiata sauce (H10) – 120g
  • Baked bacon cubes – 15g
  • Basil

Preparation

  1. Heat the Arriabiata-sauce according to the instructions on the packaging and keep it warm using an au bain-marie.
  2. Reheat the tortellini for 3 min. in lightly salted boiling water.
  3. Fill the pasta cup with tortellini, cover with the sauce and garnish with the baked bacon cubes and a few basil leaves.
