This Arrabiata sauce is an authentic, vegetarian tomato sauce, prepared with tomatoes, olive oil, and red chili peppers for a mild spicy touch. The sauce is free from preservatives and is ready to use.
This product offers consistent quality and flavour, saving the time and effort of preparing a fresh pasta sauce from scratch. The sauce is stable and does not separate when heated.
The mild spiciness makes this sauce accessible, but gives the chef the freedom to add extra chili as desired. It is the perfect base for a classic “Penne all’Arrabbiata,” but also pairs excellently with grilled vegetables, scampi, or as a spicy base for a baked dish.
- The bag is microwave-safe. Heat at 1800 W for approximately 1 minute or at 650 W for approximately 2 minutes.
- Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
- Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 15 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the sealed bag for approximately 15 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
