This Archiduc sauce has a soft, creamy taste and is richly filled with mushrooms, which provides a deep, earthy, and authentic flavour.
This product offers the taste and texture of a homemade sauce, without the preparation time of cleaning and slicing mushrooms and making a base. The sauce is stable and guarantees consistent quality.
The perfect accompaniment to classic meat dishes such as steak, schnitzel, or pork tenderloin. The sauce can also serve as a base for a creamy pasta with chicken or as a sauce for grilled vegetables.
- The bag is microwave-safe. Heat at 1800 W for approximately 1 minute or at 650 W for approximately 2 minutes.
- Heat the sauce in a pan while stirring.
- Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 15 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the sealed bag for approximately 12 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
