This sauce combines a creamy tomato base with an intense, spicy kick from chili. The flavour is powerful and perfectly balanced, specifically developed for the classic Belgian dish.
This product is the ultimate time-saver for preparing a Scampi Diabolique. It eliminates the need to make a complex, spicy sauce from scratch and guarantees consistent, reliable quality.
Simply add seared scampi for an authentic result. However, the sauce is also versatile enough to be used with other types of fish, chicken, or as a base for a spicy pasta sauce.
- The bag is microwave-safe. Heat at 1800 W for approximately 1 minute or at 650 W for approximately 2 minutes.
- Heat the required amount of sauce in a pan while stirring.
- Heat the sealed bag in hot water for approximately 15 minutes. The sauce can then be kept warm in a bain-marie.
- Heat the sealed bag for approximately 12 minutes with steam (maximum 100°C).
