Preparation Methods
Reheat the frozen filled pasta for 5 minutes in hot, slightly salted water (± 95°C).
Heat the frozen filled pasta with a little salt and olive oil in a combi steamer (100°C) for 10 minutes.
This flavorful filling is a harmonious mix of ricotta, alpine cheese, blue cheese, and Emmental, creating a rich and complex flavor. The tastes are perfectly balanced, resulting in this delicious and creamy filling. A balanced ratio of 50% filling to 50% dough makes these mezzalune suitable as an appetizer, side dish, or main course.
