Preparation Methods
Reheat the frozen filled pasta for 5 minutes in hot, slightly salted water (± 95°C).
Heat the frozen filled pasta with a little salt and olive oil in a combi steamer (100°C) for 10 minutes.
This refined composition combines creamy ricotta with real truffles and mushrooms, forming the basis of this ravioli’s exquisite flavor. The result is a true gastronomic experience. A balanced ratio of 50% filling to 50% dough makes this ravioli suitable as an appetizer, side dish, or main course.
