With a preparation time of just 3 minutes, Ravioli Formaggio fits perfectly into a fast-paced professional kitchen. Serve with a tomato or cheese sauce, pesto, vegetables, or simply finish with butter and herbs.
- Heat the frozen filled pasta for 3 minutes in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
- Heat the frozen stuffed pasta for 5-6 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
