Preparation Methods
Reheat the frozen filled pasta for 3 minutes in hot, slightly salted water (± 95°C).
Heat the frozen filled pasta in a combi steamer (100°C) for 5 minutes.
Creamy ricotta, Gouda and a hard cheese create a refined taste experience in this cheese-filled tortelloni. These tortelloni contain no eggs and are ideal for vegetarian dishes.
