Our whole wheat spaghetti is made from whole durum wheat semolina for a more nutritious product with a firm bite. The pasta is precooked ‘al dente’ and IQF-frozen in 50-gram nests for precise portioning and a fixed food cost.
Regeneration takes only 75 seconds. This egg-free pasta is an excellent base for healthy and vegan dishes, where its subtle, nutty flavour pairs well with both vegetable and tomato-based sauces.
- Heat the frozen pasta for 75 seconds in hot, lightly salted water (± 95°C).
- Heat the frozen pasta for approx. 4 minutes in a combi steamer (100°C, 100% steam).
